Party secretary of Xi'an Wang Yongkang paid a visit to the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics (ITL) Park on July 12, conducting an investigation and urging the park to further construction.

Leading a delegation, Wang visited the Xinzhu Rail Logistics Base, advising officials to accelerate the transformation of the base into an international freight hub.

At the Xi'an Sports Center, Wang learned of the current progress of the project, claiming that the construction of transportation facilities and halls should be expedited.

According to Wang, the Xi’an ITL Park should set forth a series of standards to push forward the construction of its free trade zone, creating a new platform for international finance and trade in Shaanxi province.
