Reforms to expedite FTZ development in Xi'an

Xi'an's International Trade and Logistics (ITL) Park was tasked to innovate reforms to speed up the construction of the China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) on Oct 11.

Wang Yongkang, municipal Party secretary of Xi'an, urged the park to seek breakthroughs in finance, investment and international exchange after being briefed with the current state of the FTZ in the park.

According to Wang, new ways can be explored to improve services and administrative efficiency, providing a favorable and convenient business environment for companies.

"The park may advance connections with countries and regions along the Belt and Road, expanding global cooperation to get more enterprises involved on the international stage," Wang added.
