The ITL Park commercialized the train by allowing China Merchants Group to operate the return trips from Russia and Belarus and allowing Xi'an Lugang Continental Bridge International Logistics Co to operate the departure and return trips from Iran and Afghanistan. The rest of the routes were operated by Lugang Group Multimodal Transport Co.
In addition, ITL Park, railway, customs and other departments have used a variety of means to reduce costs and improve quality, including "delay insurance".
The online ordering platform has improved the efficiency of the freight trains, and the "manifests merging" model has saved enterprises a lot of money.

The multifaceted logistics channel formed by the Chang'an freight train along with other forms of land, sea and air transport is accelerating the concentration of the trade and logistics industries. Xi'an's logistics hub has become increasingly prominent and is contributing more and more to regional economic development.
