MCC is a Fortune Global 500 enterprise. It is the world's largest metallurgical construction contractor and metallurgical operations service provider.

It has designed and built more than 90 percent of domestic steel company headquarters and more than 60 percent of steel company headquarters in the entire world. Steel companies are a state-recognized key resource enterprise.

Located in the Xi'an ITL Park, the northwest headquarters of MCC will be built by China MCC17, and is expected to cost about 12 billion yuan ($1.78 billion).

According to the agreement, a main office building, commercial facilities, apartments and other residences will be built, and an investment platform will be established to carry out investment operations for construction and engineering projects within the city.
