The first phase of the center is located in Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with a total construction area of about 116,000 square meters.

In order to further optimize the upstream and downstream industrial chain of electronic processing trade, ITL Park will also start the center’s second phase by building a new smart industrial park that integrates manufacturing, R&D, and office facilities.

A total of 18 processing trade and cross-border e-commerce headquarters projects have settled in the center, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan ($289.31 million).

The projects include Schneider R&D Manufacturing Center, Coship Electronics Supply Chain Service, and NetEase Kaola Northwest Operation Center.

After these projects' completion of production, it will realize an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan and create nearly 10,000 jobs.

The unveiling ceremony also witnessed 2,250 liquid crystal displays that are being exported to Hungary depart from Xi'an Port in ITL Park through the China-Europe Chang'an freight train (Xi'an-Budapest).

Sun Yimin, director of the management committee, said that ITL Park will make use of the opportunities generated by the center and utilize its own platform and policy advantages, striving to build Xi'an Port into a processing trade base serving the Belt and Road.
